Reiki 1 Training

During this 2 day workshop you will learn about intentions, manifesting, the many uses of Reiki and how to create a sacred space. Most importantly, you will receive your 4 attunements to work with Reiki energy healing!  Meeting and work with like-minded shiny souls is a massive part of this course as you begin your Reiki journey together and each of you will receive a folder of notes and a certificate of attendance!  This course enables you to work on yourself, your family, your friends and your pets. For practitioner level training please book onto the Reiki II workshop, please be advised that you will need to have completed Reiki I before you are able to progress to Reiki II.

Strictly limited numbers to ensure time for learning, discussion, and practice. You can bring your own lunch and drinks if you wish, cake and hot and cold drinks will be provided for you. We will be learning in a sacred space, therefore please bring slippers or socks with you as outdoor shoes are not permitted with the upstairs studio space. Please also wear comfortable clothing as we will seated on the floor in discussion and meditation for most of the weekend. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat/meditation cushion/pillow/blanket/crystals/oracle cards/anything you feel you need to enhance your experience. I also recommend that you bring a journal or notebook and a pen.
